Pupils raise money for Haiti Appeal

Boys in Prep III made cakes to sell at playtimes to raise money for the Haiti Disaster Appeal.

Friends Rhydian and Gus, who had the idea together, organised everything: rallying their friends in their year group to make cakes, making posters for distributing around the school, selling the cakes at playtimes and counting the money raised.  The boys want to thank all the boys and their parents who so generously gave of their time and money to make cakes for the event. The boys charged 50p a cake and made an astonishing £355.37, which, considering there are 110 boys in the school, means that the boys and staff between them bought rather a lot of cakes!
