The Grange U10A travelled away to King Edwards for the second match of the season. We started off and straight away King Edwards scored a try. We wanted to get a try back to level it again. The Grange straight away got a try by Jamie N. who broke through the defense and ran to their line.

Kings Edwards tried to reply but knocked on the ball. The Grange forwards of Henry M., Hywel R. and Harry M. were playing very well, winning their own scrums as well as all of the opposition scrums. This allowed Owen T. to get the ball away quickly to OllieV. who used the two centres Jamie N. and Mataius K. to release the wingers Tom B. and Matthew B. The first half ended with further tries from Jamie N.(2) and Matthew B.,  20 - 5 to The Grange.

In the second half Kings Edwards went over the Grange line twice in the first five minutes. The Grange replied strongly with Jamie N. running the length of the pitch to score. The Grange continued to play well, holding onto the ball and not giving it away. On the opposition five metre line Hywel R. tackled hard, ripped the ball and passed to Ollie V. who went over. We scored one more try through Jamie N. to end the game, The Grange 35-15 King Edwards.
