Prep IV have been very busy this week on their annual visit to France with the Year 6 girls from Inglefield House. The sun has shone all week at The Chateau de la Baudonniere, allowing the boys and girls to enjoy the beautiful surroundings at their best. The boys and girls have received instructions in French only for the whole week and their listening and confidence in speaking French has improved immensely. They have enjoyed a variety of activities, from the mud assault course to bread making. In addition to activities at the Chateau, the boys and girls visited a French market to practise their French and visited the D-Day Landing beaches at Arromanches where they watched a moving documentary about World War 2 in the 360 degree cinema.
