Prep IV become code breakers

May 13, 2017

Prep IV were treated to a morning of code breaking activities, led by visitors from GCHQ. They explored the history of code and learned about some of the different coding methods, including: substitution, steganography and cryptography. They learned how these were applied in real life situations, through looking at artefacts from World War II. The boys also enjoyed encrypting and decrypting codes of their own.
